What else is there to say

Many questions arise before the start of the journey or often already during the planning of the journey. In order to help you as early as possible, there are still many things you should know.


All specified prices are per person and day. The amount does not include the daily tourist tax of € 2.50 per day and person (from 14 years) and the cleaning of the kitchen. For the cleaning of the kitchen we charge € 29.

Comfort package

The price includes the accommodation with cleaning of the apartment every third or fourth day (except kitchen). Breakfast can be added daily on request (€ 14 per person). The final cleaning will be charged extra and amounts to € 40.

Deluxe Package

Included in the price is the daily breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:30 am with a high quality variety of products. Also included are the daily cleaning and the final cleaning of the apartment.

Reduction for children when in room with parents:
  • 100% -for children up to 1.99 years of age
  • 70% -for children age 2 to 4.99
  • 50% -for children age 5 to 9.99
  • 30% -for children age 10 to 13.99
  • 20% -for children age 14 to 17.99


Reduction for adults in an extra bed: 20 % reduction

Surcharge for single occupancy of double room/suite/apartment: 30 % - 70 % per day, depending on the type of room.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 3:00 pm. If you arrive after 6:00 pm, please advise us in advance. Check-out until 11:00 am.

We welcome pets, but please advise us in advance to check the availability. The charge is € 15.00 per day (without food). Please note that pets are not permitted in the dining-room and the wellness area.

Cancellation policies

Due to the current, difficult situation we have adjusted our cancellation conditions. So you can observe the developments of the next weeks in peace and book your holiday without worries.

 

Cancellation policies valid until 11.04.2021: (except from 25.12.2020 until 06.01.2021 and from 27.02 until 14.03.2021)

Up to 5 days before the day of arrival, there are no cancellation fees;
Cancellation less than 5 days before the day of arrival: 25% of the agreed-upon total price;
Cancellation less than 2 days before the day of arrival, delayed arrival, or premature departure: 90% of the agreed-upon total price;
No-show: 100 % of the agreed-upon total price.
The agreed-upon price is defined as the total price stated at the time of the booking.

 

General cancellation conditions from 25.12.2020 to 06.01.2021, from 27.02 to 14.03.2021 and starting from 09.05.2021:

Until 30 days before arrival: cancellation is free of charge.
For cancellations within 30 days before arrival: we charge 70% of the total price.
For cancellations within 7 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: we charge 90% of the total price.

No-show: 100 % of the agreed-upon total price. The agreed-upon price is defined as the total price stated at the time of the booking.

 

The booking is final after receipt of the deposit of 25% of the total price.
Room cancellations are only accepted in written form. Please inform us in time.

 

You will receive your deposit and deposit payment in the form of a voucher for a future stay. Otherwise, the general cancellation conditions provided apply.

 

Cancellations are always unpleasant - first and foremost for you, of course, but also for us. In order to provide security already before your arrival, we recommend to take out travel cancellation insurance (including COVID-19 insurance cover). Payment

We accept cash payment, cheques, debit cards and major credit cards.
