Our prices are dynamic and depend on the period and demand of the moment.

The amount does not include the daily tourist tax of € 3.70 per day and person (from 14 years).

The local tax is used by tourism stakeholders to improve tourism infrastructures in the region. It is mainly used for the maintenance of hiking and biking trails, the development of the public transport network, the preservation of sights, natural areas and museums. It is also used to organize or support small and large events and to co finance tourist information centers.

For the additional cleaning of the kitchen we charge € 29.

The price includes the accommodation with cleaning of the apartment every third or fourth day (except kitchen). Breakfast can be added daily on request (for an additional charge). The final cleaning will be charged extra and amounts to € 60.

Included in the price is the daily breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:30 am with a high quality variety of products. Also included are the daily cleaning and the final cleaning of the apartment.

• 100% -for children up to 1.99 years of age
• 70% -for children age 2 to 4.99
• 50% -for children age 5 to 9.99
• 30% -for children age 10 to 13.99
• 20% -for children age 14 to 17.99

Reduction for adults in an extra bed: 20 % reduction

Surcharge for single occupancy of double room/suite/apartment: 30 % - 70 % per day, depending on the type of room.

Check-in from 3:00 pm. If you arrive after 6:00 pm, please advise us in advance. Check-out until 11:00 am

Your four-legged friends are welcome at Maraias with prior authorization and only in some categories. We charge a fee of € 18 per day for each dog (excluding food). However, we can only accommodate one dog per room or apartment, for a limited total per week.

Access with pets is not allowed in the breakfast room, in the garden and the wellness area; we trust in your cooperation. Your pet can access the lounge for breakfast upon request, and, of course, your apartment).

Near the hotel, there are many paths where you can walk with Fido, equipped with wastes basket and hygienic bag dispenser. In addition, you can quickly reach the nearby Bergsee lake.

Finally, in the summer months, we set up an area in front of the bicycle storage, where you can wash your dog. Please ask for some towels.

General cancellation conditions

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• Cancellation until 30 days prior the day of arrival: the deposit will be retained and credited to you for a future stay.
• Cancellation from 29 until 15 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.
• Cancellation from 14 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 80% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.
• In case of early departure or late arrival: 80% of the agreed current price for every day not used.

The booking is definite after receipt of the deposit of € 400,00 per room/apartment.

Your deposit will be credited to you in the form of a voucher for a future stay. Otherwise, the general cancellation conditions apply.
